Complaint Procedure

Claims under warranty

The basis and scope of the Seller’s liability towards the Customer who is a Consumer, due to warranty covering physical and legal defects, are defined in the Act Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended).

Notices of defects concerning the Product and submitting the appropriate request can be made via email to: [email protected] or in writing to: ul. Traugutta 143/1, 50-419 Wrocław .

The above email message should include as much information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint as possible, especially the type and date of the irregularity occurrence and contact details. Providing this information will significantly facilitate and speed up the Seller’s handling of the complaint.

If necessary to assess the physical defects of the Product, it should be delivered to: ul. Traugutta 143/1, 50-419 Wrocław with the note Service.

The Seller will respond to the Customer’s request immediately, no later than within 14 days. The response regarding the complaint will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer or by another method indicated by the Customer.

In the case of a complaint by a Customer who is a Consumer – failure to resolve the complaint within 14 days shall be considered acceptance of the complaint.

In connection with a justified complaint by a Customer who is a Consumer, the Seller covers the costs of collection, delivery, and replacement of the Product free of defects.

Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider

Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services via the Store can be submitted by the Service Recipient via email to: [email protected].

The above email message should include as much information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint as possible, especially the type and date of the irregularity occurrence and contact details. Providing this information will significantly facilitate and speed up the Service Provider’s handling of the complaint.

The complaint will be handled by the Service Provider immediately, no later than within 14 days. The Service Provider’s response regarding the complaint will be sent to the email address provided by the Service Recipient in the complaint or by another method indicated by the Service Recipient.

The provisions of this section, as far as they apply to Customers who are Consumers, also apply to Customers who are natural persons concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, where it results from the content of this agreement that it does not have a professional character related particularly to the subject of their business activity, registered under the Central Registration and Information on Business.

Right of withdrawal from the contract

A Customer who is also a Consumer and has concluded a distance contract may withdraw without giving any reason, by submitting an appropriate written statement within 14 days.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement to the Store.

Upon withdrawal from the contract, the Sales Agreement is considered not concluded, and the Consumer is released from all obligations.

Anything provided by the parties must be returned in an unchanged condition, except for changes necessary to establish the nature, features, and functioning.

The return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days.

The Consumer is liable for a reduction in the product’s value resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, features, and functioning.

To establish the nature, features, and functioning of the product, the Consumer should handle it only as they would in a physical store.

The Seller will refund the value of the product. The order value will be reduced by the delivery cost.

The Consumer withdrawing from the Sales Agreement bears only the costs of returning the product to the Seller.

The 14-day period within which the Consumer may withdraw from the contract starts from the day the Consumer takes possession of the product.

The right of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement belongs to both the Seller and the Customer (Consumer) in case the other party fails to fulfill their obligation within a strictly defined deadline.

The provisions of this section, insofar as they apply to Customers who are Consumers, also apply to Customers who are natural persons conducting business activities and concluding agreements related to such activities, only if it follows from the content and circumstances of the agreement that it does not have a professional character related particularly to the business activity, as registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business.
